Notice To On-Line Applicants Of Personal Data Processing

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE BEGINNING THE ON-LINE APPLICATION PROCESS. THIS NOTICE REQUIRES YOU TO TELL US WHETHER YOU AGREE TO CERTAIN TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ON-LINE JOB APPLICATION.

PreVisor UK Limited Arlington Square, Downshire Way, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1WA United Kingdom ("PreVisor") strives to align its processing (i.e., collection, storage, use, disclosure, etc.) of Personal Data (defined below) with the complex legislation in this area. This Notice explains how we process your Personal Data in connection with the on-line job application process.

This Notice also explains how you can exercise your rights with respect to your Personal Data. This Notice applies only to the job application process. If you accept an offer of employment, we will provide you with notice about our processing of employees’ Personal Data.

The Personal Data PreVisor Will Collect About You:

Personal Data includes any individually identifiable information about you, such as your name, home address, previous employers and education history. We will collect and store all Personal Data that you submit through the on-line application process.

As part of the job application process, we may ask you to take tests to measure skills and knowledge needed to perform the job for which you are applying. We will collect and store the test results.

If we decide to offer you employment and you accept that offer, the information that we collect about you during the application process will become part of your personnel file.

If we do not offer you employment, we will not use your application materials to consider you for another position unless you request that we do so.

     

Even if you do not ask that we consider you for another position, we will retain your Personal Data for as long as permitted by applicable law. During that time, we will continue to treat your Personal Data in accordance with this Notice.

How We Will Use And Disclose Your Personal Data

Application Service Provider: We use an application service provider (ASP) to host our on-line application software. In addition to hosting our software, the ASP stores the Personal Data that you submit on-line.

Applicant Screening: We may use a recruiting firm to assist us in screening on-line application. For some applicants, the recruiting firm also will conduct an initial interview. The recruiting firm has access to all Personal Data that you submit through your on-line application. We also may share with the recruiting firm the results of any test that you may take as part of the job application process.

Job Selection: PreVisor will limit internal access to your Personal Data to those employees involved in the selection process, which will include the Hiring Manager, Human Resources Director, Chief Human Resources Officer and the Departmental Executive.

Transfers Of Your Personal Data To The United States

When you submit your on-line application, your Personal Data will be transferred to the United States where it will be accessed by PreVisor Inc., 1805 Old Alabama Road, Roswell, Georgia USA. By providing us with your information through the Web Site, you expressly consent to this transfer.

In addition, PreVisor UK, Ltd. may transfer your Personal Data to PreVisor Inc. PreVisor Inc., has entered into a data transfer contract with PreVisor UK under which PreVisor Inc, has agreed to provide an adequate level of protection for your Personal Data.

Your Rights With Respect To Your Employee Data:

You have the right, upon reasonable request, to review your Personal Data. PreVisor reserves the right to charge a modest fee for providing you with access to your Personal Data. Furthermore, you may request that your Personal Data be corrected, deleted or blocked if the data processing is not in compliance with applicable law, the data is incomplete or incorrect, or if it cannot be ascertained whether the data is correct or incorrect. You also have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data. Security

Your access to the on-line application, and your transmission of on-line application information, is encrypted with a 128-bit encryption protocol known as SSL ("Secure Sockets Layer"). Although we strive to protect your encrypted information, no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure. There is some risk associated with any data transmission, including the risk that Personal Data may be intercepted in transit.

We have implemented commercially reasonable electronic, physical and procedural safeguards designed to help protect against the loss, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction of your on-line application information when it is in storage. Certain features of the on-line application process may require you to use an access code, password or similar unique identifier. You are responsible for protecting the secrecy of this information.
