  • Input and Feedback - Your organization will have input into initial design and the creation of the final assessment product.
  • Try Before You Buy - Your company will be among the first to preview the latest assessments and actually try them before they are released for sale.
  • Know in Advance! Free Business Outcome/Validity Study - As part of participating in the AdVance Program, your company may be eligible to receive a free business outcome/ validity study which measures the degree to which the assessment will predict job performance and relevant business metrics The results of this study are then provided in a brief technical report which can be used to document validity of the assessment in the event of a legal challenge. These studies are normally valued at $20,000.
  • Local Norms Study - Your company may also be eligible to receive a local norms study which describes the distribution of assessment scores observed with your employees.
  • Employee Feedback - Assessment scores may be provided to your employees who participate in this research. This type of feedback can be used to help identify strengths and developmental opportunities, and allows your employees to gauge their skill level in various areas.
