JOB ANALYSIS
The purpose of the job analysis process is to identify and document important work activities and behaviors performed on the job as well as the specific competencies or knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics (KSAOs) necessary to perform these activities. Job analysis serves as an important foundation for recommending appropriate pre employment test assessments and providing evidence of job-relatedness in the event of a legal challenge.
PreVisor’s confirmatory job analysis approach is designed to efficiently confirm and document the appropriate assessments for a particular job. This approach allows our clients to leverage the extensive employment test validity research already conducted on PreVisor assessments, and provides an expedient alternative to more extensive job analysis approaches. More extensive job analysis and competency modeling approaches are available, and are recommended in certain situations where custom deliverables or comprehensive system design are required.

Evaluate
Utilize the assessment solution within the selection process; monitor usage, pass rates and feedback from internal users.
Refine
Demonstrate impact of the implemented solution on key business outcomes, and fine-tune the employment test solution for ongoing improvement.
