Day Two features Marshall Goldsmith, the authority in helping successful leaders get even better – by achieving positive, lasting change in behavior: for themselves, their people and their teams. Goldsmith is the author of 27 books, including MOJO: How to Get It, How to Keep It, and How to Get It Back If You Lose It, released in 2010. Goldsmith defines mojo as: that positive spirit toward what we are doing now that starts on the inside and radiates to the outside.
